Is there a strike in Italy today?
This page shows, in real time, the strikes called for today in Italy, with sector, area and unions. Data comes from the Italian Ministry of Transport’s official strike dashboard and updates automatically.
What are the guaranteed service bands?
During local public transport strikes, service is usually guaranteed between 06:00-09:00 and 18:00-21:00 on weekdays. For trains, operators publish a list of guaranteed services; for air transport the typical protected bands are 07:00-10:00 and 18:00-21:00.
Can I get a ticket refund?
If your service is cancelled because of a strike, you are generally entitled to a refund or rebooking. Check your operator’s specific policy (Trenitalia, Italo, your local transport company) before travelling.
